  • Meditation and Painting:

    It was very relaxing. It was a nice "pause" in the middle of the day, which carried over into the rest of my day. I really enjoyed the painting portion of the workshop. I was not focused on other thoughts or my "to-do list". I would highly recommend this workshop! Especially for groups. Our group was able to get to know one another through our art work.

    Three-Part Art Series for Children:

    Elizabeth did a fabulous job providing a series of fun summer art classes that focused on mindfulness meditation! Participants had the opportunity to creatively release the things that were too heavy for them to carry, to realign with who they are as a whole person, and to reimagine what they want their lives to look like in the future. Participants gave positive feedback, and most participated in at least 2 out of the 3 sessions! I would highly recommend Elizabeth for this sort of class. Elizabeth was easy and great to work with!
