Meditation?

Meditation can feel like an elusive (or even exclusive) word, often thrown around casually as a remedy for worry, and overwhelm, and as a tool for growth. It can feel intimidating to try it, especially for someone who has trouble sitting down for long periods or disrupting the endless chatter in their head. (I've been there.)

Meditation isn't just sitting down with your eyes closed and taking deep breaths. It can be experienced in an infinite amount of ways: creating art, walking, listening to music, or holding hands with someone you love. Meditation is simply accepting an invitation to the present moment. In doing so, you are escaping the illusory calls of the past and the future. You are being still and present. This allows your mind and body time to rest, find relief, process life, and reprioritize what you value. It puts you back in the driver's seat of your life.

When I first started meditating, it was because I needed to calm down; my anxiety was pretty intense those days (I'm talking hives). I began with guided meditations and have now reached a point where I can actually sit in silence, and that alone is enough. However, it was a journey to get there.

When I lead individuals or groups in meditation, I infuse my meditations with relevant imagery for my clients and provide them with tools to feel supported and grounded. Each of my meditations is original, emanating from a place that is universally connected to us all. They are bespoke, gentle, and supportive. Designed to meet you where you are without judgment.
